Cancellations & Returns Policy

 

At Secret Babylon, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to change your mind or return an item, please review our policies below to ensure a smooth process.

 

Order Cancellations

 

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  1. Navigate to our Contact Page.

  2. Select "Cancellation Request" or clearly state in your message that you wish to cancel.

  3. Crucial: You must include the Order Number provided in your confirmation email so we can locate and process your request immediately.

Please Note: We are unable to honor cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, as your item may have already entered the processing or shipping phase.

 

Returns

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item. You have a window of 10 days from the date you received the product to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit our Contact Page.

  2. In your message, clearly state that you would like to return your item.

  3. Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) to help us speed up the process.

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps for shipping the item back to us.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive the returned product for the refund to appear in your original method of payment.

  • You will receive a notification email once the refund has been issued.
